Welcome to Bulldog Sportz

BULLDOG ARMWRESTLING

Most of us are familiar with the good ol’ sport of arm wrestling. For the uninitiated, arm wrestling is a sport with two players, in which each player places one arm on a surface, with their elbows bent and touching the surface, while gripping the other hand. The goal is to pin the other’s arm onto the surface, with the winner’s arm over the loser’s arm.

Arm wrestling is a game unlike any other, because of the unpredictability and excitement in every match. In arm wrestling, one can expect to witness the proverbial David beating Goliath drama, where skill takes over muscles and brawn. Professional arm wrestling is nothing like your friendly campus or bar jostle. Professional arm wrestlers are dedicated, disciplined and devoted to the sport.

Bulldog Sportz will host the first ever Arm-wrestling league in Asia, a visual and adrenaline-pumping spectacle that celebrates the raw, pure strength of the human body. Along with the league, Bulldog Sportz will work on popularising arm wrestling, one of the oldest sports in the world.

Bulldog Armwrestling is committed to promote & develop the global sport of arm wrestling in India and Asia. Our team consists of world class Pullers, Referees and a Technical crew.

Bulldog URPA World Armwrestling Ranking
(Bengaluru)

India’s first-ever world arm wrestling ranking event!

Date: 17th March, 2019
Venue: The Chancery Pavilion, Residency Road, Bengaluru

The topic of ranking building in arm wrestling has always been difficult and biased. What are the criteria to compare athletes? What competitions to take into account? Is there amateur and professional arm wrestling?

Unified Rating of Professional Armwreslting (URPA) offered by the Professional Armwrestling League (PAL) can significantly simplify tasks and decide who is the strongest in arm wrestling.
It is worth starting with the fact that URPA has three divisions: General, Elite and Top-8. Performance in one of them gives a sportsman the opportunity to move on the rating grid using arm fights, and thus rise in the divisions (or descend in case of loss) .
Taking part in any tournament registered in the ranking of the General division, the athlete will receive points and move on the rating table. With enough points, an arm wrestler gets an opportunity to compete in the tournament of the Elite division – Zloty Tor.
For more than a decade, Zloty Tur is a top event, the victory in which is prestigious and significant in a sports career.
