During the last one year the arm wrestling community around the world has been abuzz, with a lot of changes (great ones) and excitement (like never seen before in the sport). India, home to several thousand arm wrestlers/ pullers, has raw and untapped talent that is ready to explode into the world of professional arm wrestling. Bulldog Armwrestling- a household name in every arm wrestler’s home is devoted to the cause of these unsung heroes, by giving them a voice and a platform to showcase their skills. 

Bulldog Armwrestling’s goal is to empower the pullers by providing them opportunities to make a career out of professional arm wrestling. A part of this process is to rank the professional pullers according to an international ranking system that allows them to participate in the most prestigious (well-funded) tournaments in the world. 

The event was organised by Purna Bikash Sanstha (PBS). Established in 1998 with its headquarters in S.G. Commercial Complex, Dibrugarh, Assam (India), PBS is committed to working for the downtrodden and provides free education and sports facilities to the needy. They are also active members of various social and community services in the rural areas of Assam.
